With a family practice background, she specializes in management of obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, somnolence, and weight loss treatment for sleep apnea. Rajani Rai, FNP- BC
Rajani is excited to join our team, where she can provide comprehensive care for patients facing sleep disorders. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has developed a strong foundation in patient care, focusing on delivering compassionate and evidence-based treatments. As a sleep medicine provider, she aims to help individuals improve their overall well-being through better sleep. She is dedicated to making every patient feel comfortable and heard while offering the highest quality of care in a supportive and friendly environment. Whether diagnosing or managing sleep disorders, she works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that best address their needs. Rajana Manandhar (MSN, APRN, FNP-BC)
With over a decade of diverse nursing experience, Rajana specializes in sleep medicine, bringing expertise from bedside nursing, community clinics, ICU step-down, leadership, and mentorship. She earned her bachelor's degree from Kathmandu University, one of Nepal’s top universities, and completed her graduate nurse practitioner studies at George Mason University. Passionate about patient care, she strives to make a difference in the lives of her patients. Outside of work, she loves dancing, exploring new places, and connecting with people. Rajana is also fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi.

Mira Prasai, MSN, FNP-C
As a sleep provider, Mira believes that quality sleep is essential for mental clarity and focus, which enables us to engage more effectively in mindful practices throughout the day. She prioritizes patient-centered care, with a focus on evidence-based practices and compassion for overall well-being. Evaluating and addressing sleep disorders is an important part of Mira’s process. Unveiling the true power of sleep goes beyond physical rest, it serves as a mental reset, influencing our mood, cognition, emotional regulation, and ability to handle stress. She believes prioritizing and improving sleep quality forms the foundation for cultivating mindfulness and emotional intelligence. She likes traveling, hiking and reading. Mira is fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi.

Sanjeev Kohli, M.D.
Dr. Kohli is a board-certified internalist specializing in sleep medicine. He earned his medical degree from Indira Gandhi Medical College in Shimla, India, and completed his internship at McKeesport Hospital in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. (English, Hindi ,Urdu and Punjabi )
